Chore-Time Holds Global Sales and Service Meeting

MILFORD, Indiana, U.S.A. — Chore-Time, a division of CTB, Inc., hosted a global sales and technical service training meeting in November at its headquarters in Milford, Indiana, U.S.A.  The group included 38 professionals from the U.S., Canada, Europe, the Middle East, Latin America and Asia responsible for sales and service of Chore-Time’s lines of poultry and egg production systems, as well as additional Chore-Time team members from engineering, customer service and other operational areas.

During the four-day event, a variety of sessions were held including engineering and product development updates; sales and growth strategies; global distributor development; and use of the newest electronic sales and service tools, along with discussion of future product development.

Victor A. Mancinelli, CTB Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, addressed the group, providing an affirmation of CTB’s commitment to ethical business practices, while Chris Stoler, Chore-Time Group Executive Vice President and General Manager, presented a review of 2014 and a look at plans for the year ahead including more details regarding Chore-Time’s recently announced manufacturing facility expansion in Milford.  The sales and service group also had the opportunity to tour Chore-Time’s current manufacturing facilities.
